HR Administration Officer
The Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership wishes to appoint a HR administration officer to provide administrative services to a newly developed Human Resources hub for two of its Catholic secondary schools in Kent. The Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership is a multi-academy trust which comprises 24 schools in total.
The post holder will be based at St Simon Stock Catholic School in Maidstone, with occasional travel to Tunbridge Wells.
The role will require a commitment to ensure high levels of confidentiality with excellent communication and organisational skills; the post holder is responsible for ensuring that all staff records are up to date in the school’s internal and external systems within strict deadlines and in accordance with the Trust’s policy and procedures. The post holder will require an excellent level of ICT competency and the ability to learn new skills where required. Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage, although not essential for an outstanding candidate.
Hours: 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
Salary: Kent Range 6/7 depending on relevant qualifications and experience
(£20585 - £22469 / £22581 - £25564) pro rata £19,067.68 - £23,679.68
