CST in action at Stella Maris Primary in Folkestone
Pupils and staff at Stella Maris Primary are having a very busy and rewarding term! The school’s Year one ‘Pixies’ class (pictured below), ran in a charity fun run, organised by the children’s parents and carers, to raise money for the bereavement charity, Winston’s Wish. The class ran in memory of one of their classmates who sadly passed away last summer, and pupils managed to raise over £1500 for the charity, a truly incredible achievement and a huge well done to them all.
The school's EYFS pupils have also been busy, spending time with local people in their community who suffer from dementia. Many wonderful new friendships have been made, as you can see below.
