Admissions Officer
Overview
St Gregory’s Catholic School is looking for a highly organised and personable Admissions Officer to join our school’s administrative team. This is a key role managing all aspects of pupil admissions — from initial enquiries through to welcoming new students and families into our community. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. You will take pride in providing a warm and efficient service to parents, pupils, and partner schools, ensuring a smooth admissions and transition process for all. Experience working within a school or in an administrative role involving data management and customer service would be an advantage. Training will be provided on school systems and procedures.
