Anchored in Christ. A Journey of Faith, Hope and Love.

Welcome to Anchored, a formation resource for leaders across Kent Catholic Schools' Partnership. Rooted in our shared mission, this space has been created to support leaders in nurturing their spiritual, personal and professional formation throughout the year.

Leadership in our schools is both a privilege and a vocation. Amid the demands of school life, it can be difficult to find moments to pause, reflect and reconnect with the purpose that lies at the heart of our service. Anchored seeks to provide those moments.

Throughout the school year, new reflections, prayers and resources will be shared at significant points in both the academic and liturgical calendar. These short, accessible pauses are designed to offer encouragement, challenge, inspiration and an opportunity to encounter God within the realities of everyday leadership.

Inspired by the promise of Isaiah 43:2:

"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you."

Anchored reminds us that whatever opportunities or challenges lie ahead, Christ journeys with us. He is our source of hope, our guide in uncertainty and our steadfast anchor in every season.

Whilst these resources are written with leaders in mind, they may also be shared with wider staff teams to support collective reflection, prayer and formation within schools. We hope they will help to continue foster a culture in which faith, hope and love which shapes our communities and strengthen our common mission.
