St Augustine's Primary visit Community Cafe 137

Last week, Year One pupils at St Augustine's Primary in Tunbridge Wells enjoyed a very special trip to Community Café 137 in Southborough as part of their topics this term on their local area and The Common Good.

The café is run by friendly volunteers who give their time to make a welcoming space for everyone in the community. The children were able to see how small acts of kindness — like making someone a cup of tea or offering a smile — can make a big difference.
