Our dedicated School Improvement Team:

The Trust's experienced School Improvement Team provide support and challenge to our schools to improve and provide the very best outcomes for children.

As a Trust, the Board have agreed the key parameters for our school improvement activity which are:

• providing targeted support to individual schools, allowing them to flourish and improve;
• reviewing provision to ensure that the Trust and schools can meet the need effectively;
• improving school leadership, management and governance.

To instil vigour and consistency and for transparency, the Trust has published its Framework for Continuous School Improvement.
