Our school leaders are at the very heart of our school communities; they are not only responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of their school, but are also its pastoral leader - providing inspirational Catholic education based on our shared Gospel values.

As a Trust, we are incredibly fortunate to have leaders who are creative, strong, inspiring, and motivating; their wellbeing and professional development is of the utmost importance and with this in mind, we held our first Leaders' Retreat in March at The Royal Foundation of St Katharine (RFSK) in London on 28 March 2023.

Our school leaders came together for a day of reflection, worship, and prayer; led by Father David O'Malley, the day allowed our leaders time away from the day-to-day to consider their leadership in the light of Jesus' teachings, and to share thoughts, experiences and learnings.

Comments received from our leaders were overwhelmingly positive, so much so that we are already planning to make this an annual event!
