Children from St. Richard’s in Dover and St. Joseph’s in Northfleet took part in this years Diocesan Schools Advent Service at St George’s Cathedral, in aid of the Southwark Crisis Fund.

Lots of schools attended, as it would be wonderful to see children from across the Diocese of Southwark unite as they experience the Christmas Story through song, spoken word and drama.

Eight schools volunteered to present a portion of the Christmas Story.

This event was held to raise the profile of the work carried out in Southwark Diocese by the Catholic Children’s Society, in particular through the Southwark Crisis Fund, and the ConnectEd services.
