Joe Wicks "The Body Coach" brought his energy and enthusiasm to some of our students from St Edmund's Secondary in Dover this week!

St Edmund's Year 10 Sports Leaders had the opportunity to take part in PE with Joe Wicks. Joe was very kind with his time and took a genuine interest in the lads' current training plans and their use of social media. As always, it’s great to see the power of physical movement and fitness in full play!
