Ursuline College has just celebrated 120 years of providing education on the values of its foundress, St Angela Merici.
 

It is one of many Ursuline schools worldwide who all share the same guiding principle of Serviam, Latin for ‘I will serve’.
 

Today, Ursuline College Westgate is an inclusive, mixed 11-18 school community. Headteacher Dannii Lancefield said the fundamental principle of serving others is what brings the schools together and the celebration this Tuesday (September 17) included a livestream with a global network of schools in Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America and Africa.
