Kent Catholic Schools' Partnership's aim is to work together to ensure a world class, ambitious Catholic education for anyone who chooses to attend out schools.  We work in close collaboration and consultation with our leaders, including members of governance committees and staff of our schools, to fulfil our vision and carry out the gospel mission.

We look for certain attributes in everyone who works with us, which in turn shapes our culture across the organisation.  These are humility, respect, and empathy.  We are also looking for people who communicate clearly, listen carefully, respond appropriately, are able to work effectively as part of a team, as well as being proactive and self motivated.
