The Trust and the team at St Edmund's Secondary in Dover are pleased to announce that Charlotte from Kolbe House came 3rd across Kent in the WSA (Whole System Approach) 'Healthy Eating 2' logo design competition. Charlotte will receive £30 of vouchers for her excellent design. Massive well done, Charlotte!!

St Edward’s Primary in Sheerness have continued their inspiring eco-warrior work and have been awarded a nature conservation award at this year’s Green School Awards, which are organised by the KM Charity Team. A huge well done to everyone involved!

This week, talented pupils at St Joseph's Primary in Aylesham were stars on BBC Radio Kent!

Pupils performed a short play about their forthcoming planned trip to the pantomine in Canterbury, which was almost prevented by this month's train strikes; you can listen to their wonderful play here. 

On Thursday 24th November 2022, Mini Police Cadets from St Mary's Primary in Deal were able to visit Dover Police Station. Pupils had the opportunity to look in the cells, sit in a riot van, and ask LOTS of questions!  The children had a wonderful time, and the visit was part of an eight-week programme provided for the school with the support of the local PCSO.

St Mary's would like to thank nearby St Edmund's Secondary for the generous loan of their minibus for the visit, and also sister school St Joseph's Primary in Aylesham for supplying a driver - true Trust teamwork in action!

We are delighted to announce that St Augustine's Catholic Primary in Tunbridge Wells has been awarded The Oscar Romero Award, Participator Level! St Augustine's is the ninth school within the Trust to receive the prestigious award and their application received some wonderful feedback from assessors:

'St Augustine's has a Catholic Social Justice lead teacher and a clear commitment to respecting the dignity of the human person evidenced by mental health and anti-bullying campaigns run in the school. In addition, CAFOD resources are used when promoting CST and there is a week dedicated to the promotion of CST values. Additionally, there is evidence of the school’s commitment to supporting the wider community.'
